I am intrigued by what lies hidden in plain sight. An image flickers into view only to disappear into the endless stream of being. My work endeavors to elevate these fleeting moments out of obscurity. For the past number of years I have been concentrating on images from The Venice Canals. This series of Abstracts attempts to elevate and transform reflections of color, form and light, releasing the viewer from a specific narrative and allowing the mind to feel free.
